Lizzie and her beautiful assistance dog Frodo who is a faithful friend and helper who is always by Lizzie’s side. Together they have been to the Paralympics, concerts but they also help Dogs for the Disabled with lots of volunteering.
Sarah B has a son who is affected by autism, her family were teamed up with Wonderdog (their assistance dog’s nickname) in the summer of 2012. Follow their progress as they learn about life with an assistance dog.

Day 22: Sadly the weather took a turn for the worst. Many activities were cancelled so we spent the day in the village of Queenstown shopping. It was a great opportunity to purchase souvenirs and Christmas presents for family and friends. It was a very lazy day all in all.

Day 15: Today we headed off to Dunedin. Marmite suggested that we stop in and see the Moeraki Boulders on the way. Wow, they were really neat. Here’s a picture of us sitting on one.

Christmas, by which I mean the omnipresent juggernaut of a winter festival that it has become in the UK, is a funny time for us.
