Visit Dogs for the Disabled

If you’ve ever wondered how a dog can bring in the milk without spilling a drop, take clothes out of the washing machine or take off someone’s socks without nibbling toes, then a Dogs for the Disabled visitor morning is just for you.

Emptying the washing machine

Every month Dogs for the Disabled opens its doors at its national training centre in Banbury so you can catch a glimpse of how we train our dogs. You’ll be able to meet some of our puppies currently being socialised; see our cleverly designed kennels that mimic the home environment and help our dogs to always be relaxed and ready for training as well as see a demonstration of our work with a dog-in-training.

National Training Centre - Visitor Mornings

Our visitor mornings normally start at 10.30am and last for about two hours. If you are thinking about applying for one of our dogs, one of our Information Days may be more appropriate for you - to find out more email our Client Services team.
