Wendy’s Torch Relay

If you missed Wendy and Udo’s Torch Relay on Friday, here’s some of the highlights for you to enjoy.

Tickets are now available for the Big Garden Give!

On Sunday 22nd July, Sir Alec Reed – Founder of the Big Give and Reed Recruitment – will once again be opening the stunning gardens of his Manor House in Little Compton, Warwickshire for everyone to enjoy.

Entry to the gardens is £5 and upon entry each visitor will receive a £5 donation voucher to give to  charity!

Wendy carries the torch for second time!

The Olympic Torch Relay arrives in Poole in Dorset on Friday 13th July where Dogs for the Disabled’s assistance dog partnership Wendy Morrell and her dog Udo will have the honour of carrying the torch.  Eight thousand people will carry the torch before it reaches the Olympic Stadium on the 27th July but few will be as experienced as Wendy, who will be carrying the torch for a second time.
