Banbury Supporters Spring into action

Dogs for the Disabled’s Banbury Supporter Group has sprung into action organising a Spring Craft Fair to be held on Saturday 27 March 2010 at the charity’s national training centre on Blacklocks Hill, Banbury.

The fair will feature an extensive selection of handicrafts and products from local cottage industries, along with a selection of goods from the Dogs for the Disabled gift range.

There are still a few spaces available for interested exhibitors at a cost of £15.00 per table.All proceeds raised …

Josie is Top Dog – it’s official

An assistance dog from Berkshire trained by the charity Dogs for the Disabled has been voted the nation’s top dog this week when they stole the show in the Crufts Friends for Life competition, the final of which took place on Sunday March 14th and was decided by public vote.

Dogs for the Disabled gets Wellbeloved support

One of the UK’s most effective and life-changing charities, Dogs for the Disabled, is getting a welcome helping hand from top pet food firm James Wellbeloved. Their partnership, which will be announced at DFS Crufts 2010, will enable Dogs for the Disabled to create greater awareness of its work, and raise vitally needed money.
